In-House Quest Lab
Quest Labs are automatically imported into our EMR and your patient record. You do not need to do anything! :)
However, please note that Quest bills you directly for anything owed, and our clinic has no insight or control over this aspect. While locatd in house, the Quest lab is entirely independent.

Labs are drawn and billed by Labcorp, which operates an independent lab on premises. Therefore, if you need a copy, you can access them (and all other labs you may have previously drawn) on Labcorp via their patient portal: https://patient.labcorp.com/
If another Provider needs labs we ordered (or if you are a Provider Office)

Labs are drawn and billed by Labcorp, which operates an independent lab on premises. Therefore, we are unable to send lab results, but they can be accessed by all Provider Offices. The Provider just needs to register with Labcorp Link - and they should be able to pull reports for any of their patients: https://link.labcorp.com/

Labs should be faxed to us at 801-818-1945. Please be sure to give the lab explicit instructions to do so, otherwise your lab results may not be available to us.
